Here!!! I can't believe I finished her so quickly!! 
I had to do a lot of second-hand mediocre editing (The editing I'm actually capable of performing [In otherwords, I used paint to fill stuff in and fix the really bad things up 
] xD) and a TEENY bit of cropping to make sure it looked as good as it possibly can. 
I still love my scanner. xD I just have to make sure I draw Blonde characters from now on. xD jk jk jk

OMG TIFA!!!!!!
Pencil always comes out crappy on scanners, I think to fix the problem you need to use chalk to colour larger areas, but I've never tried it.
