There's a lot that can happen in a month.

First of all, I gifted the GazettE my poster!!! I was able to physically show it to them!!

AND THEY LOVED IT!!! ALL OF THEM LOVED IT!!!!! IT WAS SO INCREDIBLE!!

I went to the NYC live in their world tour and omggggg. IT WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

THe next thing that happened was there was more moves within my district and I was asked if I wanted my old job back, in the interest of using my time with the slower days to develop. I said yea. There really wasn't a downside to it. I just made sure that I made it clear that I intended to take advantage and USE the time to learn new things.

I also made that drawing of Uruha too. And I'm still working on commissions for my friend breaking into film!
Umm, I wanted to keep this short and sweet so that's it, really!! I'm so happy I got to physically show the GazettE my art that I made for them and I got to shake their hands and say thank you to them. That's all that's been going on in my life! Thanks for checkin in.

There hasn't been much that happened since last journal. Besides getting a new computer. I got a 2 in 1. Lightweight, super portable, easy to use, all good things. 

So the good thing is that I can take all my digital projects on the go!

I am going to finish Rosa on my old computer, just so there's no transition in between. It's going to take a bit to get used to using the new one, so I'd rather start something completely new on it.

Anyways, I'll be posting new pictures of Rosa soon, so stay tuned for that!

Yea, yea, i know, i know.

It's been forever and a day. BUT! here's some scoopage about my life.

SO I was promoted to assistant manager at the old hot topic in June. and I was still having a blast! I even left the pharmacy completely.

Fastforward to november and our district manager was out suddenly so we had fill-ins through the three months.

And while THAT was going on, there was shifting in other stores in the district due to ppl leaving and others having to fill in and take others' places. 

So the full-time assistant manager position at this new store opened up! And my name was put in! AND I GOT IT!!!!! So that happened in February! 

It's about 50 minutes away from my house though. and I have to fight city rush hour traffic every single day. Which doesn't seem bad but it can take me up to an hour and half to get to or from work. On a day I work 9-5 for example, it does take me an hour and a half both ways. So I come home pretty exhausted. Most of my art time is reserved for the mornings if I close my store and on my days off. Which, now that it's getting warmer, I'll be way more in the mood to paint traditionally instead of just digitally! YAYYYY! There's so many ideas I want to try!

And in the mean time, i've been making plenty of digital art and making all kinds of interesting things! Like movie concept art!! 

A friend of mine is breaking into the film industry and she's been commissioning me CONSTANTLY for concept arts for different movie ideas, tv show ideas, you name it!!! So i've been working on those and also working on my own projects, like the newest Petal WIP i posted!

But that's about it!! I really appreciate all of your patience if you've kept up with me this far!! 

I will make a VERY VERY SERIOUS effort to visit this site a lot more if i can and really delve deeper into art world again!!!

Ughhhhh, everything's been a WHIRLWIND for a while!

I JUST got back from a SUPER DUPER AWESOME FUN TIME in Dallas meeting my beautiful and amazing friend Claudia in Texas!! I'm from Pennsylvania so it was quite a ways from home! It was my first time there and my first time for flying in a plane and. . . pretty much my first time doing EVERYTHING we did there!! I'd love to go back! I enjoyed myself so much! I'm a little travel-worn, but that always happens. I think I'll get back to a normal sleep and work schedule soon!

Speaking of work,

I GOT A PROMOTION!!!!
I'm now the Assistant Manager at Hot Topic!!  

There were a few technicalities that led to me getting it, but I don't really wanna go into them. All that matters is I'm back to work and in my new position tomorrow!
I got the promotion while I was on vacation, and I also got a call from the pharmacy telling me that I didn't even need to put a two week notice in, They got me covered, I can just jump right into it! So I'm officially done there, too!

ANYWAYS, Artistically, with this new job I'm gonna get a flow going FOR SURE!! Just be patient with me, please!! 

If you haven't yet, check out what I just posted! It's a new digital piece I made for my sister and her fanfic! Which you guys should definitely look into if you're into the Dissidia Final Fantasy fandoms and are as hype about Dissidia NT as we are!! the fic was a two-year project, and now she's even in the process of re-writing it so it's better and INFINITELY more awesome, so check it!!!

Anyways, that's about it, I think! THose are the BIG things, anyways~! I'll be around more, FOR SURE!!
